Reiki is a profound practice that can bring vast benefits to self and others. At the same, it is essentially a simple practice that anyone can learn. This foundation course is the most important of all levels of training. It’s open to anyone, regardless of experience. Seasoned bodyworkers will benefit, as much as beginners with no background in spiritual development or holistic health.

Join us at Reiki Level 1 & 2 certification course on October 5 & 6th at Bluebird Päikese Studio. This is a unique opportunity to learn Reiki from a certified international teacher Karina Giam Atma (Los Angeles). The course is in English.

PROGRAM

Reiki Level 1:
In this Reiki Level 1 Training and Certification you will receive the Level 1 Attunement and learn how to treat yourself.

You will get practice in using the energy and exploring your experience in doing so. You will also learn the practices of contemplation and intention setting which help to clarify and integrate your Reiki experiences.

Over time you will see the results in your own life and in the lives of those with whom you share this healing, harmonizing, balancing energy.

• Exploration of what Reiki practice is, what it isn’t, and how to practice

• History and origins of Reiki practice, including it’s journey from Japan to the West

Reiki Level 2:
Reiki level 2 attunement is a more subtle and higher vibration than Reiki level 1, as it further opens the chakras and increases the energy flow in your bodies.

It mostly works on the mental and emotional bodies and areas that need to be cleared or resolved so you can progress and move on in life. It can also facilitate the acceleration of your spiritual growth.
